These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Credit Control Room Portal (“the Portal”), a subscription-based digital platform operated by NPD & Company (UK) Limited (“NPD”). Access to the Portal is subject to an annual subscription fee. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Portal.
“User”: any individual or entity authorised to access the Portal.
“Client”: any business or individual who has subscribed to the services offered via the Portal.
“Content”: all data, documents, reports, letters, templates, tools, and other materials accessible within the Portal.
Access to the Portal is restricted to authorised users only. Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared. NPD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if misuse or unauthorised access is suspected.
The Portal operates on a subscription basis. Clients must pay an annual subscription fee to access the services provided. NPD reserves the right to amend subscription fees from time to time and will notify clients of any changes prior to renewal. Failure to pay the subscription fee when due may result in suspension or termination of access.

NPD endeavors to ensure that all information provided via the Portal is accurate and up to date. However, no warranties are given, and users must exercise their own judgment when relying on such information. NPD accepts no liability for losses incurred through reliance on Portal content.
All intellectual property rights in the Portal and its content remain the property of NPD or its licensors. Users are granted a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Portal for internal business purposes only.
All information accessed via the Portal must be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties except where explicitly permitted under these terms or required by law.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login details. NPD will not be held liable for any unauthorised use resulting from a user’s failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
NPD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account where there has been a breach of these terms or where continued use poses a security or legal risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NPD excludes liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Portal, including loss of data or business interruption.
NPD may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of any such changes. Clients will be notified of any material amendments.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
